meet
Léonard Laude
Founder of LLPM
Born and raised in Saint-Martin, Léonard has always carried a deep connection to his island.
Driven by a passion for hospitality, he studied and worked around the world : from France to China, Montreal to Washington DC.
He holds a Hospitality degree from VATEL Montreal and an MBA from Bordeaux.
After Hurricane Irma, he felt a strong calling to return home and contribute to the island’s recovery.
In 2020, in the midst of the global pandemic, he founded LLPM : a company built on care, dedication, and a local-first vision of excellence.
What started with one villa grew quickly into a portfolio of villas and homes.
In 2022, his nephew and business partner Max joined the adventure, followed in 2024 by Chelsea, a fellow VATEL alum also born on the island.
Today, Léonard leads LLPM with heart, purpose, and a deep love for Saint-Martin, offering personalized service to both owners and guests.

Max Langdon Banks
Associate
Originally from Nice in the South of France, Max grew up with a passion for sports and discipline, especially tennis and martial arts. He earned a black belt in karate, and these disciplines taught him perseverance, focus, and a strong sense of commitment.
In 2020, he made the move to Saint-Martin to be closer to his family and reconnect with the island’s rhythm.
Alongside his uncle Léonard, he co-launched a small fruit and vegetable distribution business : an experience that sparked his interest in operations and entrepreneurship.
He then gained valuable experience in villa rentals, concierge services, and property maintenance before officially joining LLPM in 2022.
Now an associate, Max plays a key role in the development and structuring of the company, helping to build a trusted, family-run business rooted in integrity, quality, and love for the island.
MEET
Chelsea Mesbah
Manager
Born and raised in Saint-Martin, Chelsea has always felt deeply connected to the island’s rhythm and energy.
She discovered her passion for hospitality during her first internship at the Manapany Hotel in St. Barth, and went on to complete both a Bachelor’s and MBA in International Hotel Management at Vatel Bordeaux.
Her professional journey took her to Le Barthélemy Hotel in St. Barth, Côté Sable Hotel in Cap Ferret, and back to Saint-Martin, where she interned as a concierge in luxury villa rentals, a turning point that sparked her love for property management and guest experience.
In 2024, she joined LLPM, drawn by the company’s vision and values.
Today, she plays a key role in delivering personalized service with care, precision, and a deep respect for the island she calls home.

Mélodie Moreau
Administrative manager
Originally from Melun, in the Paris region, Mélodie has always been passionate about real estate and tourism.
She began her career in 2017 as a sales assistant at Agentys in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, then continued from 2019 to 2025 at 2M Immobilier in Melun, where she gained solid experience in administration, property management, and client relations.
Alongside her career, she also pursued her love for animals, earning a Veterinary Assistant diploma (IFSA, 2018) and a Pet Grooming certification (European Training Center, 2022).
After falling in love with Saint-Martin during a vacation, she decided to make the island her home and joined LLPM in October 2025.
Her energy, professionalism, and warm personality quickly made her an essential part of the LLPM family, contributing daily to the company’s growth with passion and heart.
MEET
Anna Lerondelle
Assistant Manager Intern
Born in France, Anna is of Portuguese, Angolan, Brazilian, and French descent.
Trilingual, she speaks French, English, and Portuguese fluently, reflecting her rich multicultural background.
She moved to Saint-Martin in 2016, where she completed her schooling at CIA (Caribbean International Academy), following an American curriculum. After graduating, she continued her studies in Montreal, completing two years of a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management.
Today, she is pursuing her final year in a French work-study program, specializing in Small and Medium Business Management, while completing her alternance at LLPM.
At LLPM, Anna plays a versatile and dynamic role, contributing to concierge services, client relations, marketing, and communication. Her multilingual skills, creativity, and positive energy make her an indispensable part of the team and a driving force in the company’s continued growth.
